Overview
POWER-UP is an intelligent and portable resistance training product aimed at providing a more user-friendly workout experience. Traditional fitness equipment often has usability and portability issues, along with the risk of causing injuries. This design addresses these issues by introducing a hinge-based mechanism that adjusts friction resistance for muscle training. It also includes posture sensors to correct movements and prevent injuries, allowing for safe and effective workouts anytime, anywhere.
